Moss & Moons is a one-person studio (part of RCJ Creations) designing planners that make showing up for your day feel a little softer. It started with a simple wish: planning tools that are as warm and pretty as they are genuinely useful — the kind of thing you actually want to open on a Monday.
Every collection is built around real, everyday planning — your year, your week, your habits, your meals, your rest — and wrapped in twelve cottagecore moods, from Fern & Folk green to celestial Moonlit navy. Same beloved layouts, your choice of aesthetic.
How our planners are made — honestly
Every Moss & Moons design is original and made with love. We create our art and layouts with code and modern digital design tools — including AI — as part of the process, rather than drawing them by hand, so we'd never call them hand-drawn. Each design is still wholly our own, shaped page by page until it feels just right: cozy, consistent, and a little bit magic.
We think honesty matters. You're getting original work made with care — never mass-bought clip art — and now you know exactly how it comes to life. 🌙
