How to use your planners

Every purchase includes a hyperlinked iPad PDF plus printable US Letter and A4 files. One purchase, all formats.

📲 On your iPad

  1. Download your files and unzip them (Files app → tap the .zip).
  2. Open the iPad PDF and choose “Copy to GoodNotes” or “Open in Notability.”
  3. Write on it with your stylus, and the tabs and links jump you around the planner.
  4. Duplicate pages any time you need more room. It's yours to reuse forever.

🖨️ Printing at home or a print shop

  1. Use the US Letter or A4 file (whichever suits your region).
  2. In the print dialog set Scale: 100% (or “Actual size”). Don't “fit to page,” or the margins shift.
  3. Print single- or double-sided. A little card stock makes a lovely cover.
