The short version

Everything you buy from Moss & Moons is a digital download for your own personal use. Use it, love it, reprint it as much as you like, just please don't resell or share the files. That's really the whole thing. 🌙

Your license (personal use)

When you buy a planner or download a freebie, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself and your household.

You may: print it for your own use as many times as you like, use it on your own devices (GoodNotes, Notability, and similar), and reuse undated pages year after year.

You may not: resell, share, gift, sublicense, or redistribute the files; upload them anywhere public or private for others to download; use them commercially; or sell anything (digital or physical) created from our files. The designs stay ours.

Our designs

All artwork, layouts, and files are original works owned by Moss & Moons (RCJ Creations). We create them with love using modern digital design tools, including code and AI, as part of our process rather than by hand, so we'd never claim they're hand-drawn. Each design is still wholly our own. They're protected by copyright, and the license above doesn't transfer any ownership to you.

Payments & delivery

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Everything is delivered digitally: nothing is shipped. Right after payment you'll get a thank-you page with your download links, and we'll email them to you too. Lost the email? You can re-send your links anytime from our recover-downloads page.

Refunds

Because these are instant digital downloads, we generally can't offer refunds once the files have been delivered. But if something's wrong (a broken file, the wrong item, a download that won't open), please email us and we'll always make it right.

Newsletter & emails

If you join our list, we'll send the occasional cozy update and the odd treat. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email. No hard feelings. We only send order and account emails when they're relevant to something you bought.
