What do I get when I buy?
An instant digital download. Every planner comes as a hyperlinked iPad PDF (for GoodNotes & Notability) plus printable US Letter and A4 PDFs. The 2026 Annual also includes dated and undated versions. Nothing is shipped.
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you'll land on a thank-you page with your download links, and we'll also email them to you. The links are tied to your order.
Which apps work for the iPad version?
GoodNotes and Notability are perfect. Any app that imports a PDF and lets you write on it will work.
How do I print them?
Use the US Letter or A4 file and print at 100% scale (“Actual size”), not “fit to page.” See the How to Use guide for details.
Are the planners dated?
Most are undated so you can reuse them any year. The 2026 Annual Planner includes both a dated 2026 version and an undated one.
Can I reuse them?
Yes, on iPad just duplicate pages whenever you like, and reprint as many times as you want for your personal use.
What's your refund policy?
We want you to love your cozy new planner. Because every order is an instant digital download, completed downloads aren't usually refundable. Files can't be returned once they're delivered. But your happiness is the whole point: if anything looks off, won't open, or isn't what you hoped for, just email us and we'll make it right. Always.
What can I do with the files (license)?
They're for your personal use. Please don't resell, share, or redistribute the files. Full terms are in the License & Terms page included in every download.
What are the bonus tools?
Five extra tools (Year in Pixels, Vision Board, Brain Dump, Goals Roadmap, and Self-Care Bingo), included free with a complete collection bundle (not sold separately).
Are the designs hand-drawn?
No, they're original designs created through our own design process, made with love and owned by Moss & Moons. We'd never claim they're hand-drawn.
